First of all, I am very deeply moved about the despicable act that tore the heart of all indians. Mumbai being the financial capital has always been the target of antinational elements. But everytime there was a blow, indians and mumbaikars in particular bounced back. This is the mumbai sprit.
Now, speaking of the security in mumbai and in indian transit system in general, there are a lot of improvements pending. We need a better and secure environment for the passengers. Be it the railways or the road transport. The intelligence has to be atleast a notch ahead of these elements. Not like the Home Minister Shivraj Patil telling reporters that authorities had "some" information "but place and time was not known". This is seems like pure carelessness.
The mumbaikars have shown that they cannot be intimidated by these acts. Let the government show and make sure that these acts will not be repeated.

The terrorists have done similar damages in most of the places. Remember the IISc episode?? I am still appaled that there is no information on the public about the culprits or the investigation!! And no indian can tolerate these events.
Btw I started hearing "swalpa adjust maadi" from IT guys from outside who knew little kannada.. So it cannot be generalized as bengalooru attitude.
why blame the government? they havent done anything!! ;)
on a serious note, this act is horrible, hats off to Mumbaikars for bringing things back to normal so soon..It is high time the government steps up and takes better control..
Hmm,its also the Mumbai Govt and other agencies that have been able to put things back into place.
And for one act that was successful, which was shameful, there must have been several that have been nixed in the bud, which we dont know abt..
So, there must be another way to solve problems, then blame it on the government!
how long are we going to be patient. resilience in this case shows our cowardness and inability to strike back.if we do not retaliate soon things are going to change for the worse
